The 90-Day Runway is a ninety day tracking tool for women running a business. It gives you one clear action a day, three counts to log (Seen, Met, Asked), a Sold total, a weekly review on Friday, a personal weekly Wrapped, and a journal.

What it is not:

• A guarantee of income.
• Business, legal, tax or financial advice.
• A CRM. The pipeline is a small tool to run your ask rhythm, not a database of every contact you have.
• A replacement for a coach, an accountant or a lawyer.

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else got in, change your password and tell us at hello@becomingirresistible.com. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You own everything you put into The Runway that came from your head or your business: your journal entries, your audio recordings, your weekly review answers, your pipeline entries, your offer name and price, your goals. We do not claim any of it. We do not sell it. We do not train anything on it.

We own The Runway itself: the app, the ninety day roadmap and its daily prompts, the DM ladder scripts, the design, and the wording that comes from us rather than from you.

The DM ladder scripts are ours. You are welcome to use them in your own business, in your own conversations, as many times as you want, forever. That is what they are for.

What you cannot do with them:

• Resell them.
• Republish them in a course, a book, a template pack or a swipe file.
• Teach them as your own work.

Do not use The Runway to:

• Enter information about other people that you do not have the right to store.
• Automate, scrape or bulk-message anyone using our scripts.
• Abuse the AI features. That includes trying to get the weekly Wrapped to produce content that is not your weekly Wrapped.
• Attack, probe or overload the service.

If you break these, we can pause or close your account. If we do, you will get your data on the way out.

The weekly Wrapped is generated by an AI model based on your counts and your written answers. It can be wrong. It can misread a rough week. It is not business, legal, tax or financial advice. Read it, take what is useful, ignore what is not.

The Runway is a live product. We can change features, add new ones, or pause parts of the service without warning. We try not to break anything you rely on, and we do not always succeed.

If we ever shut The Runway down, we will tell you before we do, and we will give you a way to export your data on the way out.

The Runway is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never break, never lose data, or always be available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunity, or other business damages that come from using The Runway, or from not being able to use it. What we are liable for, if anything ever goes badly wrong, is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the thing that went wrong. If you paid us nothing, the cap is zero.

None of this is meant to shrug off things the law does not let us shrug off. If a court decides something in here is not enforceable, the rest still stands.

The Runway is built around a target of consistent three to five thousand dollar months. That number is a target you set for yourself, not a projection, not a promise and not a guarantee.

Say it as plainly as we can:

• The numbers you see in The Runway are targets you set yourself.
• Your results depend on your offer, your market, your effort, and things nobody controls.
• Nothing in this app guarantees any income at any level.
• Any example numbers, including the demo account and any figures shown in the walkthrough, are illustrations. They are not typical, expected or guaranteed results.

If you want a specific income by a specific date, that is a plan you make with a coach and an accountant, using your own numbers. The Runway is a tracker, not a prediction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that comes out of these terms or out of your use of The Runway will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

If we change anything that matters, we will update the date at the top and email you the next time you sign in. Small wording tweaks, we will just update the date. If you keep using The Runway after a change, you are agreeing to the new version.
